🍺 There’s Something Brewing by Costco

Get excited Simi, but maybe not too excited yet. That long-empty spot near 20 W. Cochran Street, the one that was Marie Callender’s and was almost MAD ERA Brewing, seems like it’s destined for something awesome!

Set to open in early 2026, Simi Valley Brewing Company is the real deal brewery, backed by a powerhouse team: Ali Zia (co-founder Tarantula Hill), Phil Adler (Freda’s Pizza), and Daniel Price (former brewer for Beachwood and Riip). Together, they’re bringing Simi its first true hometown brewery, with on-site beer, BBQ, craft cocktails, kid meals, and live music.

This isn’t just going to be a taproom. It’ll be a hangout. A gathering space for all, Simi you deserve this!
