Main Scoop

💜Relay for Life Returns

This Saturday, the Simi Valley Town Center transforms into a sea of purple as neighbors, survivors, caregivers, and supporters gather for Relay for Life 2025 an all-day walk that celebrates survivors and honors loved ones lost to cancer.

From the opening ceremony at 10 AM to the luminaria walk at dusk, the event is packed with live music, food, kids’ activities, and heartfelt moments that remind us what community really means. Every lap, every cheer, and every candle helps raise critical funds for the American Cancer Society’s research and support programs.

Want to join or cheer from the sidelines? Bring your family, wear something purple, and be part of the movement that’s kept Simi walking for hope for over two decades.

The Weekly Crave

Rock & Roll Pizza Bar

Live music is just the opening act. At Rock & Roll Pizza Bar (at Harley’s Bowl), it’s as much about what’s on your plate (and in your glass) as the bands on stage.

This isn’t just a live music serving regular bar food. This pizza is seriously delicious! I would put it up there with all the top contenders in Simi!

The pizza? Big slices, thin crust, with a brick-oven feel, topped generously and paired with that classic rock-’n’-roll energy. I will say, I was a bit too eager for my first bite and fried the roof of my mouth, but well worth it. The beer selection? Epic, so many to perfectly pair with that hot slice.

People love that you can grab a slice, grab a beer, and stay for the show, the experience is as much about atmosphere as taste.

This weekend, the lineup’s stacked:

  • 🎸 Monsters of Pop & Wyldesnake on Friday

  • 🎶 Bad Habit on Saturday

  • 🎷 Morning Sun Reggae Sunday

So grab your crew, settle in with a beer (or a pitcher), order a loaded pizza (or two), and soak in the soundtrack of Simi.
